| 11 DIET employees suspended | | |

Gearing up his campaign of making punctuality of government employees in the offices Deputy Commissioner Rajouri made a surprise visit to District Institute of Education and Trainings here this afternoon and ordered the suspension of at least 11 employees who were not present at the time of visit .and were absent from their duties . Giving details sources said acting on a specific information that half of the employees in DIET Rajouri were absent from their duties . Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Pervaiz Ahamed Malik made surprise visit of the institution when he found only 5 employees out of 28 were present at about 3:30 pm when contacted I/c Principal Diet Rajouri Lal Hussain Head of the department he told this reporter that the punctuality register was properly maintained however some officials were out on official duty .
However this suspension was another step of Deputy Commissioner Rajouri besides suspending about half a dozen ISM official in the district during last week for their absence from the duty .
