SKF demands investigation of Govt. land under illegal occupation

The chairman J&K National Sikh Front, (NSF) S. Virander jeet singh has appealed to the state Governor S.K. Sinha that before singing the Roshni Act, matter should be thoroughly investigated, how much Govt. land is under the illegal occupation of ministers and bureaucrats.
According to press release, chairman has alleged that during the last couple of months political leaders and bureaucrats have transferred Govt. land in the name of their kith and kins and demanded probe in it. He said in Jammu Tehsil alone about six lakh kanal is being registered under the act, which is going to benefit the leaders and officers.
Singh said with the implementation of Roshini act poor people will suffer badly. He said only these persons welcome the act who are going to be benefited and as such issues press statements for its favour.
He said Govt, have kept silence over these persons who have left their entire property in POK.
