| JEs demand regularization | | | Jammu, Aug.1:
Junior Engineers (Mechanical and Civil) serving on contractual basis in govt. departments, staged a dharna /rally to press their demand for being regularized against proper posts. This was stated here by All J&K Junior Engineers Association in a press release.
According to the press release, a meeting / rally/ dharna was held in Mubarak Mandi Complex under the president-ship of Sanjay Gandotra, in which it was urged upon the State Government that it should regularize the services of (contractual) Junior Engineers against proper posts, with immediate effect. The J Es, according to the release issued by them, said that it is not possible to survive on the meagre amount, particularly during these days of sky racketing prices.
