| Karra reviews Agro IDC problems | | | Jammu, February 15
Salaries of employees of J&K State Agro Industrial Development Corporation Limited are being released by the end of this month for which government is working out required arrangements.
This decision was taken in a high level meeting convened with regard to review the working of corporation under the chairmanship of Minister for Finance Mr. Tariq Hamid Karra, Minister for Agriculture and Cooperative Mr. Abdul Aziz Zargar was also present in the meeting.
The meeting also decided to constitute a 5-member committee headed by Principal Secretary Agriculture Mr. S. S. Sahai to work out the solution of problems being faced by the corporation and its employees. The committee has been directed to submit their suggestions and findings as soon as possible so that government will take the action.
The meeting was attended among others Mr. Ghulam Hassan Khan MLA, Mr. Abdul Gaffar Sofi MLA, Principal Secretary Agriculture, Mr. S. S. Sahai, Financial Commissioner Mr. B. B. Vyas, Managing Director Agro Industrial Dev Corporation Mr. Gowhar Ahmad and representatives of employees of Agro Industrial development Corporation.
