| Capacity building camp concludes | | | KISTWAR,FEB15— Chief Education Officer, D.C.Chib today visited Kistwar area along with senior officials of the education department and interacted with the teachers, ZEOs and prominent citizens during the concluding day of ten days camp on Capacity Building at Govt.Hr.Sec.School Boys Kistwar .
The camp was organized to educate the teachers about the technical methods of learning process in which about hundred teachers of the zone participated. Cultural events, debates and quiz competition were also held on the occasions which were highly appreciated by the Chief Guest CEO Doda and spectators.
Chib also delivered the lecturer on the topic and threw light on the importance of the training and said that now in the modern world it is essential for a teacher to use teaching aids in the class room to motivate the wards and to build interest in studies. He said that a teacher is a friend, philosopher and a guide who can easily create congenial atmosphere in the society by using modern techniques of learning. He further urged upon the teachers to know the internal problems of the students in the school premises and try to sole them.
The chief guest also distributed prizes and certificates among the participants as a good will gesture and appreciated the teachers for participating in this ten day camp with zeal and gusto and described the teacher a pillar, Path shower, revolutionary and builder of nation.
