JAMMU AUGUST, 1
The 68th birthday of His Holiness DR K.Krishna Ji Maharaj, the most illumined saint of the country, was celebrated with great enthusiasm and devotion at a function organized by the Spiritual Awareness Society (SAS) of India here today.
Dr K.Krishna Ji Maharaj was the guest of the honour at the function
Thousands of people from different parts of the country attended the ‘satsung’ and garlanded His Holiness. The devotees who had come from different parts of the country were over ambitious to have the glimpse of the great saint.
On his arrival, the saint was accorded a rousing reception and was profusely garlanded by the students who were present in great strength. Ajay Sadhotra MLA and General Secretary of the SAS along with Prithvi Chand senior national president and Madal Lal Dubey national vice president escorted the saint to the dias.
In his spiritual message, Dr Krishna said, ‘I am on a very-very special mission with the firm conviction to make the masses completely free from all types of exploitation in the name of religion and social justice. I am here for up- liftment of the down-trodden common masses and to make the young students realize how to become the strongest pillars to uphold the nation,’ he added.
The saint said that ‘he has come here to make the masses understand how to be free from the exploitation of crime based so-called imposters of the religion and the cheap politicians’. He said the SAS has to wipe out hatred and violence .Chanting of ‘AUM’ is not for a particular community or man made religions but for all those who have to get their mind fully contended. Spirituality, the science of soul, can make the world a pleasant and prosperous place where the human values of universal love and brotherhood with mutual respect will prevail, he said. Some people say worshipping of various Gods and Goddesses means spirituality but Dr Krishna said no depth of learning the reciting of holy mantras from the holy books can make a man perfect human being with peace unless he has not realized his oneness with supreme soul and oneness with one and all.
Ajay Sadhotra highlighted the role being played by SAS in educating the masses for fighting ignorance in the name of religion and ‘Karam Kands’. He thanked the devotees for attending the function.
