| Delay in declaration of exam results: NSF flays JU authorities | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 18: National Secular Forum (NSF) University Unit has flayed Jammu University for delay in the declaration for results of different post graduate courses. Addressing a press conference, NSF Chairman, Vikram Madhyal said that the results of second and fourth semesters of different PG courses including Mathematic, English, MCA, Sociology, Economics and Hindi have not been declared till date. He said that over seven months have passed since the examinations were conducted but the authorities have failed to declare the results. "45 days have been fixed by the University for declaring results but more times being taken by the JU to do so. The University authorities are least bothered about the future of the students," he alleged. Meanwhile, Madhyal said that in chilling cold no heating arrangements have been made for the students in the examination centers. "Vice Chancellor is least concerned about the welfare of the students and statues that are being flouted by the authorities. University authorities are busy in misusing the funds and vehicles allotted to them," he alleged. Among others present included Tushar Singh, Abhishak Sharma, Jagmohan, Ankit Raina and Vimal Kumar. |
