| Bathindi residents criticize Govt for poor roads | | |

The residents of Bathindi are facing great inconvenience owing to dilapidated condition of roads and have said that it was due to government apathy that no improvement work took place in the area.
The residents have complained that all the roads in the area are bumpy and full of potholes, which not only restrict the smooth vehicular movement but also turn the road into a cesspool during rainy days. “More or less every day. I have to wash my uniform, as it gets dirty due to muck that accumulates in the problems, in spite of the fact that my school is not a stone’s throw from my residence. Now one can imagine the plights of those who have to traverse long distances”, laments a girl student of a locality around Bathindi.
