| Haji Nissar for strengthening scheduled caste Advisory Board | | | JAMMU, February 17
Minister for Social Welfare Haji Nissar Ali has stressed for strengthening scheduled caste Advisory Board so that all schemes pertaining to development of Social Castes are implemented. He further said that Scheduled Caste Advisory Board being one of the oldest salutatory boards in the state will be given sufficient staff and infrastructure to make it functioning more effective and fast. Secretary Social Welfare Mr. Verma on the occasion said that a proposal would be put up so that the same is discussed with Chief Minister who is also Chairman of the Board. Director Social Welfare Jammu Mr. A.K. Nehru gave a detailed information regarding disbursements of scholarships.The Vice Chairman, of the Board Mr. Girdhari Lal expressed satisfaction over the disbursement of scholarship in Jammu region.
