| PDP appreciates working of coalition government | | | BHADERWAH, FEB17
Peoples Democratic Party unit Bhadarwah in a meeting held under the chairmanship of its Zonal President Thakur Yudvhir Singh, appreciated the working of present coalition government and alleged that the previous NC Government always ignored this mini-Kashmir.
Thakur said that it is only due to the efforts of the former CM Mufti Mohd Sayeed that University Campus at Bhaderwah has been sanctioned and Development Authority announced for the town.
Claiming that the situation has considerable improved in the trouble torn State, the PDP leader sought gradual withdrawal of troops and maintained that the self-rule as advocated by the party would the only viable and durable solution of the Kashmir problem. The meeting also appreciated the good work being done by the District President Sheikh Mujeeb Ali.
Shoket Peer and Sajad Ahmed also addressed the meeting.
