Rs. 59.46 cr spent on dev. Schemes in Budgam

BUDGAM, FEBRUARY 18
An amount of Rs, 59.46 crore out of total allocation of Rs 79.28 crore have been spent during current financial on the implementation of various developmental schemes in district Budgam. This amounts to 78 percent of total allocation of funds for development purposes.
This information was given to Minister for Transport, Hakeem Mohammad Yaseen here today while presiding over an officers meeting. The Minister was apprised of the details of all district development plans, under execution in the district.
Earlier the Minister also addressed a public meeting at Budgam. He said that People’s Democratic Front has come into existence to eradicate poverty and ignorance from the society. He said that the government is determined to provide basic amenities to the common masses and equal opportunities of progress would be given to all the three regions of the state.
