Ban on loading/unloading during day time in Kishtwar 1/9/2013 1:05:06 AM EARLY TIMES REPORT Kishtwar, Jan 8 : Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Kishtwar Rajesh Kumar Shavan has imposed ban on loading/unloading of trucks from 10 AM to 6 PM on main road (NH 1B) from Malipath to Dak Banglow Chowk Kishtwar. As per the order passed by the ADM Kishtwar loading/unloading of trucks poses road hazards and disturbs movement of vehicular traffic as a result of which school going children, office goers public face a lot of hardship due to blockade of road.
