HC directs state to accept the application forms of the petitioners 1/9/2013 1:06:14 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 8: Justice Mansoor Ahmed Mir of J&K High Court Jammu Wing in petition filed by Zaffar Iqbal Choudhary & ors challenging the notification issued on December 29, 2012 regarding educational qualification and age limits, After hearing Sr. Adv Sunil Sethi with Adv Sumit Singh appearing for the petitioners and Sr. AAG Gagan Basotra appeared for the caveators issued notice which and directed to reply within four weeks with further directions that the respondents to accept the application forms of the petitioners for the post of prosecuting officer pursuant to the notification issued on December 29, 2012 and allowed the petitioners to participate in the selection process at their own risk and responsibility. However, the same shall not create any right or equity in their favour.
