Youth held for raping neighbour in J&K 1/9/2013 1:10:23 AM EARLY TIMES REPORT SRINAGAR, Jan 8 : A 20-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a youth from her neighbourhood in the Pahalgam area of south Kashmir's Anantnag district, police said today. According to the complaint filed by the victim, the accused Mushtaq Ahmad Hajam (20), a resident of Frislan village, sneaked into the girl's house and raped her on the intervening night between December 31-January 1, SHO Pahalgam Tariq Ahmad said.
