Red Ribbon Express reaches Kathua 1/9/2013 1:10:33 AM EARLY TIMES REPORT Kathua, Jan 8 : Activist of the SIEF under the chairmanship of the Executive member Naresh Kumar of the organization warmly welcome the Red Ribbon Express train (a nationwide movement to fight with HIV/AIDS) at Kathua Railway station.
