| Police takes custody of security vehicle | | |
Srinagar | February 19
Following the directions of 2nd Additional Munsiff Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, P/S Parimpora today took into custody a Vehicle Bearing Regt No JK02AA/4726.The said vehicle belongs to Security Wing of the J&K Police.
The court had directed police to take possession of the said vehicle as the vehicle in question was required in Case titled:- SSP Security Srinagar V/S Joint Director, Forest Protection Force.
The Hon’ble Court had directed the Police to take the possession of the said vehicle by or before the 20th of this month.
