Contractual para medical staff demands regularization

Para Medical staff, engaged on contractual basis, in its meeting held here today, has impressed upon the government to regularize them on Rehbar-e-Taleem teachers’ pattern.
The Association, according to a handout, has claimed that they have been working on contractual basis for over six years but have not been regularized so far. The meeting felt that while ReTs are regularized after completion of five years tenure, there is no such provision for the para medical staff engaged on contractual basis.
The meeting urged the government to consider the demand for regularization after completion of five years tenure on the pattern of ReTs.
Besides, the President Ajay Phool, the meeting was attended by Riaz Ahmed, Shakil Ahmed, Ranjeet Singh, Manmeet Singh, Neeraj Khajuria, Gurdeep Kour and Saleema Bi.
