| Indonesian army chief visits Nagrota | | | Jammu, 20 February 2007
General Djoko Santoso, Chief of Staff, Indonesian National Army visited White Knight Corps today. He was given a warm welcome and received at Nagrota by Lieutenant General TK Sapru, YSM, General Officer Commanding 16 Corps. General Santoso was accompanied by a 15 member delegation including Assistant Chief of Staff for Security Major General Tono Suratman and Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations Major General Iwan Ridwan Sulandjana. General Santoso had discussions with Lieutenant General TK Sapru on various security aspects of mutual interest to both countries.
The Indonesian Chief of Staff was accompanied by his wife Mrs Angky Retno Yudianti. The Indonesian delegation left for Agra, this afternoon, said a PIB (Defence Wing) release. |
