| Condition of Pakistani family improving | | | NEW DELHI, FEB 20 The condition of a Pakistani couple, who lost their five children and were themselves seriously injured in the blasts on the Samjhauta Express, is improving in the Safdarjung Hospital here. Shaukat Ali Rana and Ruksana's one-year-old daughter Aksa, who was also injured in the blast, is out of danger, their relatives at the hospital told PTI today. The couple, who had come India to attend a marriage ceremony and were bound to Lahore Sunday night, lost their five children in the train explosion that cliamed 68 lives and injured many. "The couple and their daughter who are admitted in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) are in good condition and I have spoken to them. They are recuperating well," said Jannat Ali, cousin of Shaukat Ali. Congress President Sonia Gandhi met the couple and other injured at Safdurjung hospital this morninig, he said. "The bodies of the five children which are in the morturary of Panipat Civil Hospital are yet to be handed over to the relatives," said Jannat Ali. Rana's family, who had come to attend the marriage ceremony of daughter of Jannat Ali here, were returning to Pakistan when the bombs struck the train.
