| Kitchloo reviews pace of progress on development works | | | KISHTWAR ,Feb 21
Sajjad Ahmed Kichloo MLA Kishtwar, reviewed the pace of developmental works executed under Prime Minister’s Reconstruction Program (Model Village Project) and National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme during his extensive two days tour of Block Kishtwar .

Addressing a large gathering of villagers and Model Village Monitoring Committee Members at Model Village Huller of Block Kishtwar, Kichloo emphasized upon the need to keep on maintaining the good quality of works and exhorted upon the monitoring committee members to properly implement the concept of social audit by playing an active and constructive role and ensure that durable community assets are created in co-operation with Rural Development Department which is the executing agency of Model Village Project.
Earlier, Kichloo also inspected the NREGS works and laid the foundation stone of new works to be taken up under this scheme in Cherhar, Panchayat BT-IIIrd of Block Kishtwar.
On this occasion, he asked the registered laborers of the Panchayat to avail full benefits of the scheme, aimed at addressing the problems of rural unemployment and creating durable eco-friendly community assets.
