The Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) today launched a intensive sanitation drive in Sainik Colony, Chowadi and Kunjwani areas.
Chairman Public Health and Sanitation, Vijay Malhotra along with former Dy. Mayor, Rani Gargi Biloria inaugurated the campaign.
The sanitation team is headed by health officer Dr K D Singh and other sanitary officers. JMC had made available sufficient number of vehicles and loaders for removal of heaps of silt and garbage from the area. The residents of those areas have hailed the drive to JMC.
