| WSC of GCW adopts Korotana Kalan village | | |

Jammu, Feb 18: Women Studies Centre of Government College Gandhi Nagar has adopted village Korotana Kalan of RS Pura block, for educating the woman folk of village.
As per press release, the village has been adopted with the aim of sensitizing the women of different age groups with the women related issues. The activities of Women's Studies Centre initially began with the starting of a weekend school where the members of the committee will visit on every Saturday and will get relevant information.
They WSC would deliver them the lectures dealing with their reproductive health, mental health and importance of girl education which can serve a new ray of hope in their life. |
