| Shiv mandir Trikuta Nagar celebrates 15th foundation day | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 18: 15th foundation day of Shiv Temple Trikuta Nagar Jammu, was celebrated on Sunday. Large numbers of devotees from Trikuta Nagar and adjoining areas have participated in the holly cause.
The celebration was started with Hawan after usual abhishek and arti. Amritwani was recited at 4pm and followed by address by Shastri CHuni Lal head pandit of temple. A cultural programme by the children and felicitation of devotees followed by Langer was organized in the temple premises.
The Shiv ling in the said temple was installed on February, 17 1997 by Mulh Raj Gupta, trustee since them the foundation day is being celebrated on February 17.
The function was organized by the Mandir Committee headed by Devinder Seth, other member of the executive committee including Dr R L Handoo, Lal Man Sharma, Bharat Sharma and Chander Parakash were also present. |
