VHP to organize Dharma Raksha Nidhi Programme on February 21, 22 2/19/2013 12:32:09 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 18: Vishav Hindu Parishad (VHP) will organize Dharma Raksha Nidhi Programme (DRNP) on February 21 and 22. Address media persons here today, VHP's State General Secretary, Dr Sham Lal Gupta said that VHP's International Wor-king President would addr-ess DRNP at Akhnoor, R S Pura, Durga Mandir Rampura, Mahajan Hall, Kathua on February 21. "DRNP has been organizing at 82 blocks.
