| Marwan residents demand installation of mobile towers | | |

Jammu, Feb 18 : The residents of Marwan and Dachhan have demanded immediately installation of mobile tower along Yatra route of Mata Chandi Machil (Paddar). According to press release, issued here Sarpanch Marwah, Ishar Chand and Abdul Latif have said that three mobile towers sanctioned for Marwan, Warwan and Dachhan, which have not been installed so far.
"There are no accommodation facilities from Gulabgarh to Machil. Government has not been providing arrangement to every year increasing pilgrimage" they said and requested to the government for development of area, which has been lacking on developmental ground.
They also demanded relief for 24 Buddhist families of village Tun (Paddar), whose houses were gutted in recent fire incident and have been shifted to Gulabgarh. |
