Terrorist attack on Samjutha Express widely condemned

Various political and social organizations have strongly condemned the terrorist attack on the Lahore bound Samjutha Express killing 68 passengers and injuries to several others and called for deterrent punishment to the forces behind this dastardly act.
Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party at Bhadarwah in a meeting held under the chairmanship of its State Secretary Ch. Mohd Iqbal has strongly condemned terrorist attack on Lahore Bound Samjhouta Express in which 67 persons were killed and many others were injured.
Iqbal addressing the meeting said that it was a deliberate act of the terrorists to create obstacles in the on going peace process between the two neighbouring countries.
The meeting expressed shock over the loss of human lives and conveyed sympathies with bereaved families and prayed for speedy recovery of the injured..
The meeting among others was attended by Dharam Singh Block President, Pritam District Secretary, Neeraj Manhas Youth Block Secretary and Ghirdhari Lal Manhas.
Working Journalist Association, Welfare Society, Young Star Cricket Club Social Workers Forum and District unit of UTTA have strongly condemned the attack and described it as inhuman and most barbaric act of terror.
Conveying sympathies with the bereaved families the speakers asserted that such dastardly acts in no way could stop the peace process between India and Pakistan and called upon the people to rise above party politic in denouncing such acts with full force.
Those who condemned the attack included Raja Anayatullah Khan, Mohammed.Iqbal Balwan, Manzoor Ahmed Batt ,Mansoor Qadir, Majid Malik,Asif Iqbal Niak,Abid Malik, Fayaz Ahmed Butt, Faizan Ali Tramboo, Raja Rehber Jamal, Gazi Tak, Ishtiaq Ahmed Dev, Naseer Ahmed Khora, Saidullah Rangrez and Haq Nawaz Nehru
