| Archana Jalali honoured by Cultural Academy | | | EARLY TIMES REPORTER

Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages today honoured internationally acclaimed singer of Archana Jalali Tickoo.
A function was organized to honour the talented singer which was presided over by M.Y. Taing, whereas Kuldeep Khuda, I.P.S., Additional Director General Police was also in the presidium.
Dr. Rafeeq Masoodi, Secretary Academy highlighted the achievements of Archana Jalali in the fields of music and presented a shawl and a memento to Archana.
Kuldeep Khuda in this speech described initiatives taken by the academy for the Artists of the soil.
M.Y. Taing in his presidential speech elaborated contribution of Kashmir in the filed of various performing Arts, and praised Archana Jalali for popularizing Kashmiri music worldwide. T.R. Sharma, additional Secretary Academy presented vote of thanks on the occasion.
