| Twenty one passengers injured, one critically, in road accident | | |

Twenty one persons were injured, one of them critically, in a road accident at Golibag area, five Km away from Doda today when a matador bearing registration No JK02X-2427, on its way from Doda to Bhagwah, suddenly met with an accident near Golibag Doda. One of the seriously injured passengers has been shifted to GMC Hospital Jammu for specialized treatment.
Immediately after hearing about the incident, the locals as also the Police rushed to the spot and evacuated the injured and shifted them to District Hospital..
Those injured included Mohammad Sharief S/o Lal Din R/o Lahri, Gulshan Begum W/o Ghulam Qadir R/o Kuddhar , Mohanta Devi W/o Man Chand R/o Jodhpur , Ajaz Ahmed S/o Ghulam Qadir R/o Kuddhar, Bimla Devi W/o Chander Singh R/o Doda , Sanjay Kumar S/o Daleep Singh R/o Cheli Morh , Shama Begum W/o Farooq Ahmed R/o Doda Shaheena Begum w/o Mohammad Iqbal R/o Doda, Sushila Devi W/o Raj Kumar R/o Droundi , Rustam Khanji S/o Abdul Majeed R/o Bhagwah , Om Prakash S/o Jamphi Ram R/o Gai Dessa Age 30 years, Abdul Hameed S/o Shahbaz Khan R/o Muthmul Bhagwah, Shanti Devi W/o Late Prem Singh R/o Kashtigarh , Baldev Singh S/o Bishnah Singh R/o Gaddi, Ghulam Qadir S/o Mangta R/o Kuddhar , Parveena Begum W/o Mohammad Abdullah R/o Akramabad Doda , Jagdev Singh S/o Kanshi Ram R/o Gai Dessa Shahnawaz Ahmed S/o Noor Mohammad R/o Bhagwah , Mohammad Ibrahim S/o Abdul Ahad R/o Naira Ramban , Sara Begum W/o Abdul Rashid R/o Bun Doda and Tahir Mushtaq S/o Mushtaq Ahmed R/o Doda .One of the seriously injured persons identified as Abdul Hameed S/o Shahbaz Khan /o Muthmul Bhagwah was shifted to GMC Hospital Jammu for specialized treatment..
Additional DC Doda Dr.Farooq Ahmed Khan and AC Revenue Atta Ur-Rehman Natnoo visited the accident site as also the hospital to over see the condition of the injured.
