| Achievements under agriculture reviewed | | | RAJOURI | FEB 26
District Development Commissioner, Rajouri today reviewed the financial and physical achievements made under agriculture and allied sectors. He said during last 10 months of the current fiscal Rs 73.23 lakh stood expended till the end of January this year.
The expenditure incurred under these sectors included Rs 13.16 lakh in Sheep Husbandry, Rs 12.82 lakh in animal husbandry sectors. Similarly, Horticulture sector claimed an expenditure of Rs 6.07 lakh and Rs 3.82 lakh and Rs 7.85 lakh were spent under soil conservation of (agriculture wing) and sericulture sectors respectively.
DDC impressed upon the concerned officers to accelerate the tempo of achievement so that target fixed for the current year could be achieved in full within a time framed period. |
