The recovery wing of commercial taxes Department, Jammu vide attachment order No. 2/DCCTR/J dated 20-02-07 has attached the movable property viz. vehicle No. 3487-JK02M of defaulter Ghulam Mohd. Mir S/o Ghulam Nabi R/o 25- New Rehari, Jammu.
According to Collector, Dy. Commissioner Commercial Taxes, (Recovery) Jammu, the property has been attached to recovery the outstanding amount of Rs. 1,12,209 for the accounting period 9/2000 to 12/2006.
