BJP activists thronged party headquarters and danced to drum beats in the presence of senior party leaders While congratulating the party activists, BJP president Ashok Khajuria said that the overwhelming support to the BJP in Punjab and Uttrakhand is a clear indication that common man were fed up with the hollow promises of and have taught a lesson to the ruling parties for its failure to control the prices of essential commodities and check terrorist–related activities across the country. Former Union minister Chaman Lal Gupta expressed hope that the BJP would win 20-25 seats in the state in next assembly elections and it would play a decisive role in the government formation.
