JAMMU, AUG 02: Nearly twelve people were injured in a grenade blast at Surankote in Jammu on Wednesday. According to the reports reaching here, unknown persons lobbed a hand grenade towards a crowded bus stand in Surankote in Jammu on Wednesday. Grenade exploded with a big bang injuring twelve persons. Sources said that five of the injured persons suffered critical injuries. They were rushed to the hospital, where doctors attending upon them have termed their condition to be critical.
