| Jawans injured in accidental grenade blast | | | Akhnoor | Feb 28
Three Jawans of 31RR of Army received serious injuries in an accidental grenade blast during a practice session at Kaleeth Army Firing range at Akhnoor this afternoon. According to reports, three Jawans identified as Havaldar Sanjay Kumar, Havaldar Ashwani Kumar and Naik Murari Lal were busy in a training session on grenade and during the session a grenade accidentally exploded causing serious injuries to them. All the injured were immediately shifted to Military Hospital Akhnoor. The condition of the injured was out of danger when reports last came in. It is to mention that several jawans were injured in a similar kind of incident at same spot few months ago.
