Provincial level essay, painting competitions held 5/7/2013 12:35:05 AM SRINAGAR: To give fillip to the cultural activities and to harness the talent of the students, two provincial essay writing and painting competitions were held at Government Higher Secondary School, Kothi Bagh here today. As many as 28 students selected from 10 districts of the Valley participated in the said competitions. Muhtashim Ishaq of Government Higher Secondary School, Vessu Anantnag secured the Ist position, while Sehr Bilal of Government Higher Secondary School, Soura and Muzaffar Mushtaq of High School Delina, Baramulla bagged the 2nd and 3rd positions in essay competitions respectively.
