| Cultural Academy organizes Gojri Mushaira | | | DODA FEB-28
The subs office of the Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages organized a Gojri Mushaira and a cultural program at Gandoh.
Mohammad Hanief Sarpanch Gandoh presided over the function.
Eighteen local Gojri poets took parting the Musharia while a group of artists presented Gojjri folk songs. The noted singers included Mohammad Yousuf and Party, Pooja Sharma and party.
Farid Ahmed Faridi Cultural Officer Doda welcomed the guests, while Hakeem Jan Mohammad conducted the proceedings of the program.
A large number of people, including elderly village folk attended the program. A.M.Gulzar, a social activist, while addressing the audience tanked Cultural Academy for organizing a Mushria and a cultural program and stressed the need for organizing such programs more frequently in other areas of the district as well.
