Samajwadi Party’s state secretaries, Ram Singh Chouhan and Hari Krishan Tickoo, in a joint statement, have questioned the hollow slogans of Congress led coalition government regarding equal treatment to all three regions of the State; particularly far flung and remote areas irrespective of caste, creed and colour.
The leaders said that the present government has discriminated against Paddar area with a population of about 35,000 souls.
The S.P. leaders have said that magical solution to all round representation of the people in planning, monitoring and execution affairs of the development spheres in the nook and corner of the remotest and unaccessible areas with the grant of “Hill Development Council” status to the entire Chenab Valley on Leh and Kargil pattern.
