| Samajwadi party hails cabinet decision | | |

The State Samajwadi Party, in a meeting today under the championship of Sheikh Abdul Rehman, hailed the decision of State Cabinet regarding inviting public opinion and suggestions on Dr. S.S. Billoria committee report before acceptance by the Government and added the party’s stand on the issue has been vindicated as large chunk of population, in nook and corner of the Jammu Division feels neglected. The SP is in favour of creation of four new districts in Jammu Province namely Mahore, Siot, Akhnoor and Mahanpur Drambra and creation of more than a dozen tehsils – particularly Nagrota, Satwari and Amb Gharota.
