In continuation to its drive against sale of illicit liquor, Doda Police recovered 545 pouches of county made liquor from a vehicle and arrested three persons in this regard.
According to reports, on a specific, police intercepted a Van bearing registration number 4224-JK02 at Bhaderwah and during frisking of the vehicle 545 pouches of country made liquor were recovered from the possession of three persons namely Ashwani Kumar, son of Madan Lal, Shabir Ahmed, son of Abdul Rehman, Sandeep Mehra, son of Joginder Pal all residents of Bhaderwah. A case under section 48 Excise Act has been registered against them in Police Station Bhaderwah.
