| Nami Dogri Sanstha felicitates Rahul Bhagat | | | Jammu | Mar 4
Nami Dogri Sansatha in collaboration with J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages today felicitated upcoming singer of city, Rahul Bhagat, who recently won the All India Devotional Song (Bhaint) competition.
Chairman, Kashmir Times Group, Ved Bhasin was the chief guest on this occasion; while Dr Rafiq Masoodi, Secretary Cultural Academy was the guest of honour, Sham Sunder Anand Lehar, Sr. Advocate, Supreme Court of India presided over the function.
The chief guest felicitated Rahul Bhagat with a shawl and a memento. On this occasion, the budding singer also presented musical items including the prize-winning bhaint.
Dr. Rafiq Masoodi, speaking on this occasion said that the academy would always support the talented artists so that they can achieve greater heights.
Ved Bhasin and Sham Sunder Lehar appreciated the efforts of NDS-TAF and Cultural Academy for organizing such programs to encourage the young talent.
