| NC holds meeting at lower Roop Nagar | | |

District Committee, National Conference, Jammu district today held a public meeting at Lower Roop Nagar, ward no: 66 under the presidentship of district president, Chander Mohan Sharma in which large number of people joined the party.
The provincial president Ajay Sadhotra, MLA was the chief guest at the function which was organized by senior leader Joginder Singh Manhas.
Speaking on the occasion, Sadhotra asked the people to strengthen the hands of NC adding unemployment which was a great problem has increased manifold during the last four years and assumed that NC will give priority to the issue and strive to remove the unemployment to a great extent.
Chander Mohan Sharma, while addressing the gathering exhorted the people to strengthen the hands of Dr. Farooq Abdullah as time has proved that he was only able leader of the state to take us to all progress without a bias.
Senior leader, Joginder Singh Manhas, said that the coalition government has failed in its promises made to the people at the time of taking over the government. He said the people have understood the false slogans of PDP as its leader was misleading the state especially Kashmiris on demilitarization and self rule. The party also nominated youth wing & Mahila wing of ward No. 66 of National Conference.
Mamta Khajuria was nominated as president, Shama Devi senior vice-president, Rita Sharma secretary, Usha Kohli cashier, Seema Bhat vice-president, Renu Sharma, press and publicity secretary and Kamlesh Kumari as organizer. The Youth wing included Jyoti Swroop, President, Rakesh Khajuria, Davinder Kumar, Vinay Kumar as Vice-President, Secretary and Cashier respectively.
