| Touch Screen back in business, public appreciates ‘E.T’ | | | Jammu | Mar 5 The “Touch Screen” system installed at the Reservation Centre of Railway Station Jammu has once again back into the business after a pretty long wait of time, Courtesy: News item titled “Touch Screen system out of order.......” dated February 26, 2007 published in Early Times. Reacting promptly to the news item, Railway authorities immediately got the system repaired, which was deliberately sent out of order by them to give benefit to their blue eyed ticket black marketers. Meanwhile, public in general has appreciated the positive role played by the ‘ET’. According to sources, Railway Officials immediately came into action after the publishing of news item and got it repaired within few days to save their public image. It is to mention that “Early Times” correspondent had took the cognizance of the matter that touch screen facility installed at Reservation centre for the facilitation of reservation seekers was deliberately kept out of order by Railway Authorities themselves. There after the ET correspondent reported it through the news item despite of clear threats by the ticket black marketers.
