Lakshmi Narayan Mandir Trust to organise hawan on July 10

Jammu, June 29: President Shri Lakshmi Narayan Mandir, Management Trust, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu Gulchain Singh Charak today said that the trust has decided to organize Hawan/Yagya on July 10 at 9 AM for the "Sadgati" of the devotees who have lost their lives during the pilgrimage of revered and famous Shrines of Uttrakhand (Char-Dham) due to devastating floods/cloud burst and for 20 brave soldiers who laid down their lives while saving the thousands of people stranded in those difficult areas. In a statement Charak said Puran Ahuti will be offered at 12 noon. Various renowned religious scholars and Sant Mahatams besides other prominent persons of the civil society are expected to participate.
The Trust has appealed to the public to join them in this pious cause and it has also been decided to take the necessary measures to send the cash relief to the effected through Prime Minister's Relief Fund on the occasion.
