| Khajuria elected president of Weekly Press Association | | |

Ravi Khajuria Editor Nai Roshni has been appointed as President of Jammu and Kashmir Weekly Press Association, the election for which was held here today at the general body meeting of the Association.
According to the Association handout, R K Chandan Editor Al-Atish and J KChowdhary Editor Yuva Tarang have been appointed as General Secretary and Cashier respectively,
The President, in terms of the constitutional provisions of the Association, has been authorized to nominate the executive committee members and persons for other posts including Senior Vice President, Vice President, Secretary and Joint Secretary.
Soon after his election as new President of the Association, Khajuria declared that the nominations for the executive body and other office bearers shall be announced within a month in consultation with other elected members.
