Lok Adalat decides 19 cases

Akhnoor, March 06
As a part of Diamond Jubilee Celebrations of Jammu and High Court, the seventh Lok Adalat was held in the court premises here today under the chairmanship of Sandeep Gandotra.
Out of twenty two cases, including two each civil and criminal, 19 cases were decided and a fine of Rs.22 800 realized on the spot. The next Lok Adalat is slated to be held on April 7 next.
Among those who participated in the Lok Adalat were Advocate D P Gupta, Bar President, all advocates of the Bar Association, Rajiv Thappa PO, Atul Sharma Deputy Superintendent of Police and Kuldeep Kour, social worker
