| Rahul, 5 others chargesheeted in drug abuse case | | |
New Delhi, Aug 03: The Delhi Police on Thursday filed chargesheets against Rahul Mahajan, son of deceased BJP leader Pramod Mahajan, and five others in a case of drug abuse.
The charges framed against Rahul Mahajan are under sections 21, 25, 27 and 29 of the NDPS Act for consumption of drugs.
And Sahil Zaroo has been chargesheeted for allegedly supplying and consuming drugs. The two Nigerians arrested in the case were chargesheeted for supplying drugs and dealing in them. Two other persons, Harish and Ganesh were also chargesheeted under various sections of the NDPS Act.
The next hearing in the case would take place on August 5. |
