| HM militant apprehended | | |

Security forces today claimed to have arrested a newly recruited Hizb Militant in Awantipora area of south Kashmir district of Pulwama
Official sources told News Agency of Kashmir that Police and 50 RR on a specific tip off launched a joint operation early this morning and apprehended a HM militant from Awantipora about thirty kilometers from here .
Identifying the arrested militant as Shabir Ahmad Khanday, son of Abdul Aziz, resident Wuyan, Official sources said that the arrested militant had recently joined the militant organisation.
