In sanitary conditions in Government Higher Secondary, School Boys Bhadarwah presents an ugly look with bad smell emanating all over the school premises. The toilets constructed in the school are non-functional due to non availability of water.
The non- functioning of the public convenience has put to the staff and the students to great hardship. The demand for making these toilets functional has been voiced at a meeting here in the school complex today.
