| The violence of Kishtwar and incidences of Kashmir valley are well planned and organized by the separatists who have undisputedly patronized by the valley centric leadership the society feels. The planned program was publicized by the over ground cells of the terrorist organization warning through posters and announcing violence after Eid Namaz on the mosque loudspeakers in Kishtwar. The Hurriyat (G) also called for such violence after the Eid Namaz in the valley till achieving their so-called dreams.
One can't ignore the silence of state and Union Governments in arranging protection to the minority community of Kishtwar. Why such elements were not arrested before the calendar day? How the ever alert young CM of the state remained mum and ineffective on such explosive declarations from the Kishtwar mosques? Is it connected with Jammu region or with the minority of the state made him so?
The local administration didn't adopt the protecting steps for the Kishtwar minority nor have timely used force to check the violent mob. Perhaps they might be waiting permission from the higher-ups because of action and attitude of the state government on the Gool incidence in checking the violent mob of the majority community of the state.
The government now cracks down in Kishtwar to arrest those who made the reason of the majority becoming violent. Society expects that the crack down will must pick those anti-national elements that were raising pro-Pakistani slogans and waving Pakistani national flag who are exposed in the print media and shall also definitely locate mastermind of posters and the violence.
The formation of the enquiry committee is in the queue of other committees whose reports are either kept under the carpet or out-rightly rejected by the governments. The society least believe to get fair justice as the Congress lead UPA is defending the state collation government being its second fiddle partner.
This all is a fair tale to talk about as the governments are not sincere to the nation. The fumbling of Union Home Minister making first statement on the Parliament floor nearly giving clean chit to Pakistan Army by ignoring the field report on the killing of Indian soldiers by the Pakistan Army though he rectified this very next day. Similarly the young energetic state CM took incidences of anti-national posters and inflammatory announcements from Kishtwar mosques so light to snub that he had to clamp curfew in the entire Jammu region after the massacre of minority community by the majority community. He had to clamp restrictions on the Internet services, blackening media and restricting anyone's movement towards or from Kishtwar area.
Isolating the entire inhabitants of the Jammu region held as hostage is justified by the state government to bring peace but simultaneously makes society to suspect as if this is to hide the facts and to defend the anti-national majority elements. The posters and announcement from the mosque was connected with the separatists' demands and calls. Lay man can think about the connection of valley separatist with their over ground workers having the protection of valley centric leaders who are not friendly to the Jammu region.
The alarming situation of the Jammu region is further compounded as the demographic scenario is absolutely being changed by the illegal colonies raising with the migration of Bangladeshis, Myanmar and Muslims from UP and Bihar. The valley is being accommodating the so-called terrorists who wish to surrender. They are coming with the Pakistani passports and Pakistani wives and Pakistan born children. How these elements can be accommodated as State Subject (PRC) and how they can get Indian citizenship as Indian and J&K Constitution doesn't permit it? But what made the governments not accommodating the Indians migrated from POK and Western Punjab who have constituent fundamental right to have state and Indian citizenship?
Simultaneously society repeatedly probes to find why the Union government is very soft to Pakistan and the anti-national elements? Under such conditions one talks about the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, NGO, said formed as the server to the society whose Chairperson Sonia Gandhi associates with the Forum of Democratic Leaders in the Asia-Pacific (FDL-AP).
The FDL-AP, being considered as a non-profit organization, was established in December 1994 to promote democracy in the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. The personalities connected with this organization are Corazon Aquino, the Co-president of Republic of the Philippines, Sonia Gandhi, AICC President and Chairperson of Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, President national Congress (I), Chairperson of governing UPA and former President of Costa Rica Oscar Arias Sanchez. This organization is also focusing on the Kashmir "conflict". It calls the Kashmir" conflict" a "lesser known struggle". The FDL-AP has been also concentrating on issue ranging from struggles for self-determination, human rights and social justice. All this clearly shows that the credentials of the FDL-AP are doubtful.
FDL-AP says in a section, "Independent Jammu and Kashmir": Justifications & advantages". It asserts, "the best and the most logical solution of the Kashmir issue is to re-unite Indian and Pakistan controlled parts of Jammu & Kashmir State ( the Valley of Kashmir, Jammu, Ladakh, Azad Kashmir and Galgit-Baltistan) and make it a totally independent country having friendly relations both with India and Pakistan.
Madam Sonia Gandhi, Chairperson of Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, has Manmohn Singh, Montek Singh Ahluwalia, P. Chidambaram, Y. K. Alagh, Suman Dubey, Rahul Gandhi, R.P. Goenka, V. Krishnamurthy, Sekhar Raha, Sir Shridath Ramphal, M. S. Swaminathan, Ashok Ganguly (Members) and, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Executive trustee, who have special status in the nation has them as members of this foundation.
The Union government is having domination of Madam Sonia Gandhi also being AICC President, President national Congress (I) and Chairperson of governing UPA with her foundation members as PM and on the key posts.
Society is confused as these personalities are on the one side holding the nation with responsibility of its sovereignty, development and at the same time associates with the anti-Indian organization. Every one is shocked when the opposition asked the HM on the floor that if the Government is of India or Pakistan on the first statement of HM on the martyred Indian Soldiers in Poonch sector.
The media and some of the political leaders have questioned the association of Sonia Gandhi with the FDL-AP. Similarly some other political families are alleged to be associated or co-operating with the separatist leaders. In such situation the Kashmir based political leaders are severely suspected to be separatist leaders' saviour.
The congress on the whole is taken as indisputably patronizing this lot even at the cost of nation and its Jammu Congress unit nationalist leader's position and honour. The Jammu society is severely suspecting the Congress High command sailing in two boats resultant of the politically confused congress party severely endangering national sovereignty. The Congress must stand for crushing the anti-national elements to get the entire Indians standing behind them.
