| JKNPP demands constitution of Delimitation Commssion | | | JAMMU MARCH 9 Strongly pleading for implementation of the Common Minimum Program in its totality, the working committee of JKNPP has expressed its concern over the delay in constitution of Delimitation Commission despite assurances by the Prime Minister. The party has demanded appointment of the Delimitation Commission so as to provide each region its equitable share and the ST community its share in the Assembly by providing reservation as required under the law. In a handout the party said that despite four years of coalition rule, the Jammu migrants continue to be deprived of their basic, human and civil rights and corruption was high in spite of the warnings from Chief Minister. It has also demanded that class IV and III jobs should be restricted within the district level and pleaded for immediate grant of relief to all migrants of Jammu at par with the Kashmiri migrants.
