The think tanks of the Kendriya Vidiyaliya Sangathan took a quantum leap to deal with the term ‘phobia’, usually intertwined with intricate mathematics by coming up with the stupendous concept of having mathematical gardens in schools, so that the child right form his formative years develops a taste for the subject. A foundation stone for the mathematical garden was laid today at KV, Sunjuwan. The occasion was graced by Brigadier R S Jamwal, Commander Sunjuwan Brigaded and Chairman, KV Sunjuwan who laid foundation stone for the garden on 9th Mar 07 and lauded the progressive upsurge and was sanguine that the mathematical garden would be constructed within a month’s time. He said that the various geometrical figures and shapes like cuboids, rectangles and many such others would be constructed to stimulate and induce inquisitive thinking in the children and leave indelible imprint on the minds of children. The students of KV Sunjuwan can now proudly say ‘Numbers fascinate me’
